From Pilot to Practice: Lessons on Scale, Institutionization and Sustainability from the (In-Progress) Journey of the SC4CCM Project

The report outlines the pilot-to-practice journey of the Supply Chains for Community Case Management (SC4CCM) project in three implementation contexts in Sub-Saharan Africa (Malawi, Rwanda and Ethiopia). Based on the project’s five year experience with identifying, testing, and scaling up successful community level supply chain interventions, the report discusses the three stages of the journey: laying the foundation, scaling up from pilot process, and integrating successful practices into the organisational culture.
