Underpinned by the disclosure framework of the Transition Plan Taskforce, the primer explains the case for transition planning; highlights guiding principles and disclosure elements from the Transition Plan Taskforce; identifies common transition planning pitfalls; and explains activation challenges and solutions for companies at varying levels of maturity.
